Huit ans aux côtés de Vincent Laval chez Georges Laval. C'est là que j'ai compris ce que signifie vraiment cultiver la vigne — avec patience, humilité, et le moins d'interventions possibles.
En 2016, j'ai posé mes racines dans le Jura, à Saint-Lamain, un village de 120 habitants au nord de Château-Chalon. Sur 3 hectares de parcelles à Arlay, je travaille mes vignes en Agriculture Biologique, avec un tracteur léger pour respecter la vie des sols.
À la cave, je cherche à m'effacer. Fermentations spontanées, aucun intrant, pas de filtration. Le vin se fait lui-même — mon rôle est de ne pas l'empêcher.
Eight years working alongside Vincent Laval at Georges Laval. That's where I learned what it truly means to grow vines — with patience, humility, and as few interventions as possible.
In 2016, I put down roots in the Jura, in Saint-Lamain, a village of 120 people north of Château-Chalon. Across 3 hectares of parcels in Arlay, I farm organically, using a light tractor to protect soil life.
In the cellar, I try to get out of the way. Spontaneous fermentations, no additives, no filtration. The wine makes itself — my job is to not interfere.

Nel 2016 ho messo radici nel Jura, a Saint-Lamain, un villaggio di 120 anime a nord di Château-Chalon. Su 3 ettari di parcelle ad Arlay, lavoro le mie vigne in biologico, con un trattore leggero per rispettare la vita del suolo.
In cantina cerco di farmi da parte. Fermentazioni spontanee, nessun additivo, nessuna filtrazione. Il vino si fa da solo — il mio ruolo è non ostacolarlo.

セラーでは、できる限り手を加えないことを心がけています。自然発酵、無添加、無濾過。ワインは自らつくられる—私の役割はそれを妨げないことです。

Les sols du Jura sont parmi les plus complexes de France — argiles bleues, marnes, calcaires. C'est cette diversité géologique qui confère aux vins leur caractère singulier et leur capacité de vieillissement exceptionnelle. Chardonnay, Savagnin, Trousseau et Pinot Noir y trouvent chacun leur place naturelle. The soils of the Jura are among the most complex in France — blue clays, marls, limestone. This geological diversity gives the wines their singular character and exceptional aging potential. Chardonnay, Savagnin, Trousseau and Pinot Noir each find their natural place here. I suoli del Jura sono tra i più complessi di Francia — argille blu, marne, calcare.
